Q. Instead of a to and fro trip, can a passenger fly one-way?
A. Since all charter flight's charges are based on round trip and we have to get the airplane back to its home base, this facility is not available.

Q. Can the airplane be kept overnight or for a week?
A. Since the charter service is totally customized, you charter our aircraft and make the schedule for destination, break journey, duration of stay etc. You can keep it for as long as you desire.

Q. Can a passenger change the schedule; while on the trip?
A. As our flight coordinators are on duty 24 hours a day, they help you with changes at all times.

Q. How much does a charter service cost?
A. All Charters are different and are priced according to aircraft type, destination, number of flight hours, waiting time and overnights required. After receiving the details of your trip, we can provide you with exact cost details.

Q. Does the cost change with the number of people on the flight?
A. No, the costs are per flight hour and not per passenger.

Q. Are there any additional costs or hidden charges?
A. We believe in transparency in all operations and give you a quote up front. As long as there are no changes in your itinerary, during the charter, we hold to that quote.

Q. How much baggage can one bring?
A.The amount of baggage allowed depends on the type of aircraft you are flying in, the distance and the approximate weight of each passenger in your group. When flying a small aircraft, the weight and balance of the passengers and luggage are critical to the safe performance of the aircraft. We collect all this information from you; when taking your reservation and let you know how much baggage is allowed much in advance.
